What areas do you serve and are there delivery fees?
We deliver across most of Miami-Dade (and nearby areas). Delivery fees vary by distance, access, and timing (same-day or late pickups may cost more). Share your address and we’ll confirm the exact fee.
How do I book?
Book by phone or WhatsApp. We’ll help you choose the right items, confirm availability, and schedule delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash. If your venue requires a business check or purchase order, let us know in advance for approval.
Are you insured? Can you provide a COI for my HOA, park, or venue?
Yes—fully insured. If your HOA/park/venue needs a Certificate of Insurance, tell us early so we can prepare the document with any required wording.
What surfaces can you set up on and how much space is needed?
Grass (preferred), concrete, pavers, or asphalt on a flat, clear area. Space depends on the item; allow at least ~3 ft of clearance around inflatables and check overhead height for trees/power lines. Stakes on grass; sandbags on hard surfaces.
What power and water do I need for my rental?
Most inflatables use one dedicated 110V outlet within 75–100 ft per blower. Waterslides also need a standard garden hose that reaches the setup area. Ask about generator rentals if outlets are far.
When will you deliver and pick up? Can I keep items overnight?
Standard rentals are for the day. We’ll confirm your delivery window the week of your event and return for takedown. Overnight rentals are often available for an extra fee if the yard is secure.
What is your weather and cancellation policy?
Safety first—if there’s lightning, high winds, or severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule or credit a future date. Contact us before delivery if the forecast looks bad.
Are the inflatables clean and sanitized?
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and sanitized before each rental, with a quick on-site wipe-down as needed after setup.
Do you deliver to parks or event venues? What about power there?
Yes—many parks/venues are fine, but they often require permits and a COI. Park power is limited; most customers rent a generator. We’ll guide you based on the site’s rules.
What should I do before delivery day?
Clear the path and setup area (toys, furniture, pet waste), unlock gates, measure tight gates/side yards, and mark sprinklers/irrigation lines. Ensure outlets and water spigots are accessible.
What are the basic safety rules for inflatables and equipment?
Adult supervision is required at all times. Group riders by similar age/size; no flips, rough play, food/drinks, or sharp objects. Keep entry/exit clear and follow the posted rider limits.
Do you rent tents, tables, chairs, and concession machines too?
Yes! We offer tents, tables, chairs, concession machines (cotton candy, popcorn, etc.), obstacle courses, combos, waterslides, and more. Ask about package deals to save.
What if access is tight, there are stairs, or it’s a long carry to the setup area?
Please tell us beforehand. Some items can’t go up/down stairs or through narrow gates. Long carries, elevators, or difficult access may require extra time/crew and a fee.
What happens if equipment is damaged or excessively dirty?
Normal wear is expected, but damage, missing parts, or excessive mess (e.g., confetti, silly string, face paint, glitter) may incur cleaning/repair charges. Keep pets and grills away from inflatables and cords.
